Payment for services is submitted through an invoice and paid via Paypal or Direct Transfer. All project payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the queue. The second half of the project payment is delivered at project completion before final files are delivered and/or your website is launched. All print costs are due before items are sent to the printer.

Each job is different. Project time-frames will vary due to client response times (revisions, content, etc.). If you have a deadline in mind, please let me know at the beginning of the process to determine if it is achievable. The quicker you respond to me regarding information and edits, the faster a job can be completed. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary.

HOW LONG IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?

The domain name and hosting services must be purchased by the client and setup before launching your site. SHOWIT5 sites require a membership account. WORDPRESS can be purchased at the following: SITEGROUND (small sites) - FLYWHEEL (more traffic) - WP ENGINE (fastest).

Most jobs are quoted as a flat-rate, based on the tools and expertise required to complete your project. This way, you know what you will be paying from the very beginning, and you stay in control of how much you spend. Some projects are more suited to a per-hour structure, and this will be assessed before we begin.

As soon as the first 50% of your invoice is received, we book your project in our calendar. Most brand and web packages take between 1-4 months for completion.

Fill-out the Project Enquiries form so I can get to know you better! I will be in touch within 48 hours to set up a complimentary consultation on the phone or by Skype. We will go over all your questions, talk about the design process, timing, wording and address all the details.

WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP?

When you are happy with the completed project, I will send over the final invoice. Once I receive payment, I will send you all the files for your project and you will be ready to launch!
